Privacy Policy

  1. Personal Information.
    In some circumstances, BitLaboratory may request personal information from you, like your name, email address. Your response to these inquiries is voluntary. BitLaboratory uses this information for business purposes, such as informing you about product releases or other events that can assist you in your business or order processing.
     
  2. Domain information and statistics.
    Our web server collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. Also, we may collect and store other information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis. This information may include the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our sites, and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We may also record the name of your Internet service provider, browser type, and country of origin. We use this information only to measure site activity and to develop ideas for improving our sites.
     
  3. Personal Information
    There are places on our site where we may ask for personal information that uniquely identifies you, such as name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. This will occur in certain circumstances, including for example, when you download trial software, sign up for newsletter services, purchase software, register software or register for the support forums.   We may request these information, however, fields are not normally required unless they are explicitly stated.

    If you would like to post a message in the support forums, at a minimum, you must enter your name and e-mail address. Although none of the information you enter here is given to third-parties by BitLaboratory, some of the information will be viewable by other users of the discussion forum software, like your e-mail address.

  4. Disclosure to third parties.
    Any information collected from you will not be sold, rented or disclosed in any way to any third parties. In some circumstances, we may ask your permission to use your personal information for business purposes.
     
  5. Contacting You.
    Sometimes we send you email messages in order to inform you about new products, available updates to existing products or other information you may find valuable for your business. You can decide not to receive emails from us and unsubscribe from our mailing list. However, unsubscribing process is not immediate. We may also contact you for administrative purposes despite the fact that you unsubscribed from the mailing list.
     
  6. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
    Some of our web pages utilize cookies and other tracking technologies. Tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain, host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses. All information recorded by cookies or tracking technologies is used to improve our Web site and in administrative purposes only.
